The capsule filling machine is a
semi-automatic system that fills 150 capsules per
cycle and can produce up to 7,500 capsules an hour.
It is designed for small scale pharmaceutical and
health food companies.
Most of the parts are made of stainless steel 304
for the sanitary requirement of pharmacies.
It has a trouble free operation with no electricity
or air supply required.
The machine is used to produce finished goods
through the process of
Separating the cap and body of capsules by use
of handle operation.

adjusted by the operator.
The machine is manufactured to handle one capsule
size among the following capsule sizes 00, 0, 1,
2, 3 and 4.
The model should be chosen according to the size
of each capsule required.
It is able to fill the two-piece capsules with powders,
pellets and granules. |
