This machine is designed
to coat on the surface of finished tablets with
sugar and film.
It uses the method of air shower.
The process of the machine is "Coating - Dry
- Discharge." |

| The main advantages are
as follows: |

The pan construction
with an air tight cover provides the best condition
for mixing and drying. It saves time for the coating
and drying process. This maximises coating efficiency.

Plate type baffles, which are
attached on the wall of coating pan, allow tablets
to be coated in the air shower as hot air goes through
falling tablets. |

Hot air supply and exhaust are
automatically controlled along with the temperature. |

The supply of coating solution
and atomising air can be operated by spray control
unit. |

For sugar coating, the hot air
supply and exhaust can be automatically controlled
by the auto damper and sequence spray. |

Main controllers and indicators
installed on the front of the pan cabinet provide
easy control of temperature. |

Reverse rotation discharge system
can be discharged with simple operation without
any damage of tablet. |

Easy pan cleaning is promised
by the machine design. |

Both the film coating and sugar
coating can be achieved by one machine. |

| DUST COLLECTOR: |
| The air sucked from
the mass of tablets by the fan is filtered and exhausted.
The exhaust air temperature is also controlled by
a sensor. |

| HEAT EXCHANGER: |
| The air heated by
steam or an electric heating system, is supplied
into the coating pan by the fan blower and the air
temperature is controlled by a sensor. |

| SOLUTION TANKS: |
| There are 2 kinds
of tank for sugar and film, the sugar and film can
be maintained in the solution tanks at required
range. |
