IDCE VIBRATING SCREEN CLASSIFIER

IDCE VIBRATING SCREEN:
IDCE, Convenient Equipment Type of Vibrating Screen is a multi-stage screen that maximises the sorting efficiency of all parts. It makes changing operation of the screen easier, preventing clogging and over-flowing, and increases sorting efficiency.

CHARACTERISTICS:

(1) THE EASE OF SCREEN CHANGE:
The structure of the front-hook, rear-ratchet type makes it possible to change of the lower screen at the same time as the upper screen. Its design optimises the operation of the screen change, which is done smoothly and quickly. To change the screen, just open the rear door and push the screen in to it.

(2) CLEANING DEVICE SCREEN:
The Cleaning Device such as ball & spring, which is placed under the screen, beats the screen to prevent it from being clogged by materials and increase the sorting efficiency.

(3) THE EXTENSIVENESS OF EFFECTIVE AREA:
The screen is designed to form a rectangle (L = above 2.0W) which makes the effective area wider, so that materials stay on the screen longer. In addition, transferred materials form a thin layer, which improves the sorting efficiency and never causes 'overflow'.

(4) THE EQUAL DISPERSION OF MATERIALS:
Distributor is installed at inlet to disperse raw materials uniformly.

(5) The METHOD OF DRIVE:
The rotary vibrator is attached on the lateral face to control the inlet amount, as well as the maintenance and to repair more conveniently.
