| RWF-T: |
The Model RWF-T is rotary filler
that uses a net weight filling system.
The liquid product is contained within a hygienic
tank and placed into a bottle or container, using
a gravity filling system appropriate for low to
medium viscosity products. |
| |
A weigher and controller for each
filling station work in unison during the two step
filling process.
The net weight filling system displays real time
weight and the current volume on the operation panel
. The tare weight calibration results from empty
bottles or containers are sent to the external pneumatic
unit that opens and closes the filling valves. The
final filled weight is also sent to the PLC and
the operation panel for evaluation to accept or
reject the filled bottle.
The vacuum suction prevents liquid dripping at
the end of nozzle in the filling process.
The filling nozzles do not come into contact with
the product in a bottle.
The non-contact filling device eliminates the
possible contamination from any contaminated bottle.
All parts of the weighing fillers are made of
stainless steel to meet very hygienic conditions
for food and pharmaceutical industries such as
edible oil, milk, juice and detergent. |

| RWF-P: |
The Model RWF- P is rotary filler
that uses a net weight filling system.
The liquid product is contained within a hygienic
tank and placed into a bottle or container, using
a low pressure filling system appropriate for high
viscosity products. |
| |
CONTINUOUS LEVEL CONTROL:
The liquid product flows down to the distribution
channel unit from the overhead tank.
All models are equipped with a continuous level
transmitter and PID control function for pump and
valve control. |
| |
TARE WEIGHT CALIBRATION:
Once bottles are transferred to the weighing plate
located on an electronic scale via the in-feed star-wheel,
the empty bottle is weighed and a tare weight calibration
is completed.
A bottle out-of-tolerance is automatically rejected
at the end of the capping station.
It doesn¡¯t cause concerns about container weight
variation. |
| |
NO BOTTLE AND NO FILL:
If there is no bottle in the filling station, the
weighing controller does not send the opening signal
to the counter valve to fill the bottle. |
| |
WEIGHING IN REAL TIME:
During the filling process, every bottle is continuously
weighed and checked in real time by a weigher and
weighing controller. |
| |
TWO STEPS FILLING-ADJUSTABLE FLOW
CONTROL:
Nozzles are controlled in 2 steps. The first step
is mass flow filling for easy and fast filling to
the preset weight. The second step is fine flow
filling for accurate filling to the target weight
right to the last drop. The flow change point is
adjustable to optimise filling flow of the liquid. |
