This is a fully automatic filling
machine designed for putting large volumes of liquid
into a variety of bottle sizes at various production
speeds.
It can be equipped with bottle holders for easy
and quick change over between products.
It contains a torque limit and warning system in
every rotating part.
The safety devices such as the bottle detecting
sensors monitor works with no-bottle, no-filling
and no-capping function. |

| MAYONNAISE: |
This is a fully automatic filling
machine designed for filling and packaging mayonnaise.
The filling and packaging line consists of a labeller,
linear filler, aluminium-foil sealer and mono-head
capper with a cap hopper & elevator, inkjet
printer and bottle conveyor. |

A linear filler of piston dosing
nozzles provides clean and accurate filling
It processes smooth capping after sealing aluminium
caps to the top of plastic containers.
It can produce 28 caps per minute with 3000 ml as
normal operation speed. |

| SYRUP: |
The machine is designed for filling
and packaging small quantities of syrup for the
pharmaceutical industry.
The filling and packaging line machines comply with
the requirements of the CGMP.
The line machines are constructed with stainless
steel frame and covered with mirror polished stainless
steel.
The line consists of a frequency controlled driving
turn table, air cleaner with ionizer, linear filler,
torque-controllable mono-head capper with cap sorter
and labeller. |
