This model is operated by air valve. It is useful
to require high viscosity, high pressure and high
speeding of hot melt adhesive. Air valve operation
is better than electronic valve operation because
it is short closing time and doesn't need to change
pump pressure and speeding velocity. It is also
easy to control valve clearance and hot melt flow
rate. |

The zero cavity module is linked directly to nozzle

It can control needle's distance and spring's compressive
