| HB 5010 |
| |
|
| The HB 5010 is a hot melt tank
system with a gear pump and modern plastic case.
An innovative solution for all situations in which
hand-held adhesive applicators are used. The light
but robust plastic case has a high-grade surface
made from self-coloured materials and a dirt-resistant
finish. |
The HB 5010 has been designed
for use with a gun and 4.5 litre tank, made of coated
aluminium.
It has a high hot melting capacity of 4.5 kg per
hour.
The unit's modular construction with a gear pump
and electrical plug contact improves the case of
maintenance and ensures easy access to components.
The entire series complies with all safety-relevant
tests according to European and US standards.

| HB 4000 HOT MELT TANK SERIES |
| |
|
When choosing HB 4000 applicators,
the most progressive and economical hot melt systems
are used.
The units were developed to meet the specific requirements
of individual end-user applications.
These tanks are fully flexible, perfectly matched
with your application.
Options for bulk units:
pattern controller, level control, power control
24 V, tachometer for the pump motor and pneumatic
by-pass-regulator. For most systems you can choose
between two pump types:
Gear Pump: This variable speed electric DC pump
allows a constant flow of hot melt to be pumped
for precise adhesives applications.
Piston Pump: The double action pump provides rugged
virtually maintenance free operation.
Hot melt adhesive can be pumped with as low as
0.2 bar (3 psi) air pressure and as high a 6 bar
(90 psi) delivering 72 bar (1080 psi) at the nozzle.
The pump compression ratio is 1:12.
