BOON-360SP
IS DESIGNED FOR CHOP CUTTER.
- The Model BOON-360SP can cut 350 slices per
minute at ultra-high speed (8mm blade is standard).
- Ratchet area has been automated (An air system).
- Production has been improved (Thickness of remaining
uncut meat: as thin as 25mm).
- Machine vibration at ultra-high speed has been
minimised (Vibration measurement unit and patent
are applied).
- Raw bloc lumps can be sliced at a fixed thickness.
- The unit also slices meat into different set
thickness for each block (Maximum three blocks).
- Edge out of the sliced product function has
been incorporated.
- A clamp unit has been incorporated (Option and
patent can be applied).

AUTOMATED RATCHET
MECHANISM (AIR SYSTEM):
- Automatic chucking mechanism has reduced labor
and provided efficiency improvement. |

The unit grips the
meat after loading it and then closes the cover
after slicing, it releases the meat and then stores
it in the meat holder. |
- Operation using
the operation button is also possible.
- Feeding is controlled in steps of 0.1mm. |
