The high speed shrink packaging machine
packs and seals products supplied from the conveyor
into a bundle of 2 to 7 units as preset and then
deflates the air-filled package in the shrink tunnel
by means of hot air.
The machine facilitates the packaging of mass produced
goods with polypropylene film in the most convenient
way with a speed capacity of 150 packages per minute
in a continuous operation. |

| The shrink packaging with transparent

- We can make bottom sealed and side
sealed packaging with different feeding systems
as required.
- Scrap winding bars allow easy collection of scrap
film without a film wrapping core.
- Film sealing is solid and it makes the packaged
products look attractive.
- The machine stops operation when packages are
stuck in end sealer part.
- The machine automatically stops when the supply
of products is suspended.
- Sensors detect the packaging film cut halfway
and all used.
- The machine sends off a signal beforehand when
a problem occurs at the next step of the current
process.
- The speed is adjustable for easy and efficient
operation.
- The machine is equipped with thermo couple temperature
controls for precision temperature control.
